Cancellation Policy

 In order to accommodate our clients, we ask for as much notice as possible in the event that you need to change or cancel an appointment. We kindly request a minimum of 24-hour notice before your appointment. Failure to give proper notice may result in service fees charged automatically to the card held on file.

• Same day cancellations are subject to 100% charge of the total appointment. This includes appointments booked on the same day as the service.

• Changing your appointment time on the day of your prescheduled service is not acceptable. 

• Failure to arrive to your appointment without notice will result in a 100% charge. 

• No-showing or canceling last minute multiple times within a six-month period may affect the ability to book future appointments. 

• In the event the card on file is declined, service fees are required to be paid in full prior to scheduling another appointment.
